Virtuoso Ltd has been appointed as the booking partner for Street Design 2009. With their reputation for taking extra care of their clients, they have already carefully held availability and negotiated the best possible prices for this show.

For maximum convenience, you can book your pre-held accomodation by either calling their office on +44 (0)1462 427765 or you may complete the hotel booking form.

Rates and hotel options are offered subject to availability and rooms are booked on a first come first served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation deadline for all hotels is 28 days prior to arrival and cancellations may be made before this deadline without charge.

Once within the cancellation deadline, all cancellations may incur a 100% charge, although this is at the discretion of the hotel and individual circumstances.

You will always be notified of the specific cancellation deadline at the time of booking BEFORE you enter into any contractual obligation with the hotel and Virtuoso will always use its best endeavours to minimise such charges. It is their experience that minor adjustments to room requirements may be made without charge up to the day of arrival.
