Street Design 2009
Street Design 2009 is a visionary new event that will take place alongside the highly successful and well established exhibitions, Traffex and Parkex on the 21st - 23rd April 2009 in Hall 5 at the NEC Birmingham.
Following on from the success of the EWx series of events, Street Design 2009 will showcase outdoor street furniture, public lighting, civil engineering, groundworks, natural stone, drainage and fittings, fencing and gates, traffic control, structures and special fittings.
With the full support of the leading local authority journal, Local Government News, the prestigious annual LGN Street Design Awards will take place at Street Design 2009. The awards, which were launched in 1986, reward good practice and innovation in urban street design schemes undertaken by, or for, local authorities. Attracting over 100 entries every year, visitors to the show will be able to see first-hand what helps create an award-winning project.
The addition of Street Design to Traffex and Parkex has already received enormous interest from the industry.
